ESPN national baseball reporter Marly Rivera has been fired from the network after hurling an expletive at a fellow female reporter following a disagreement.
On Wednesday, ESPN fired national baseball reporter Marly Rivera for a disturbing incident.
Details of the incident have begun to emerge on social media and video goes viral .
According to the New York Post, Rivera was fired for calling another reporter a “c–t” during an incident at Yankee Stadium last week.
ESPN reporter Marly Rivera was fired by the company after a video recording caught her using an explicit remark against another MLB reporter.

ESPN MLB reporter fired for vulgar insult
ESPN national baseball reporter Marly Rivera has been fired after an incident at Yankee Stadium in which she uttered the words, “f–king c–t” toward a fellow female reporter over an Aaron Judge interview, The Post has learned.
“Before the Yankees-Angels game, Rivera and fellow reporter Ivón Gaete had a disagreement when Gaete arrived in an attempt to also interview Judge,” the Post reported.
“Rivera said she set up time with the Yankees captain and when she repeatedly tried to tell Gaete of the appointment, Gaete ignored it.”
According to the report, Rivera then called Gaete the derogatory word.

During the heat of the disagreement, Rivera said the words, “f–king c–t,” which were caught on video.
After the recording of the incident, Rivera tried to apologize but was rebuffed by Gaete.
“I fully accept responsibility for what I said, which I should not have,” Rivera told The Post.
